Virgin Matcha Martini (Mocktail)
Ingredients (Serves 1)
๐ 1 tsp Ceremonial Matcha (sifted)
๐ 60 ml hot water (80ยฐC, not boiling)
๐ 30 ml fresh lime juice
๐ 30 ml simple syrup or honey syrup (1:1 sugar + water or honey + water)
๐ 100 ml sparkling water (chilled)
๐ Ice cubes
๐ Lime wheel or mint leaves for garnish
