We usually ship your matcha goodies within 1–2 business days after receiving your order and payment. If there’s ever a delay (we hope not!), we’ll let you know with an updated shipping timeline.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

When your order arrives, please give it a quick check. If someone else is receiving it for you, let them know to do the same.
