πIngredients (Serves 1β2)
β¨For the Matcha Layer:
π 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
π 1β2 tbsp Everyday Matcha
π 3 tbsp chia seeds
π 1β2 tsp honey or maple syrup
β¨For the Strawberry Layer:
π Β½ cup fresh strawberries (blended or mashed)
π 1β2 tbsp chia seeds
π 1β2 tsp sweetener (optional)
πMethod
β¨Make the matcha layer:
π Whisk Bree Matcha with a splash of warm water until smooth and lump-free.
π Add milk, sweetener, and chia seeds. Stir well.
π Refrigerate for 2β3 hours (or overnight) until thick.
β¨Make the strawberry layer:
π Mash or blend strawberries into a puree.
π Stir in chia seeds and sweetener.
π Chill for 20β30 minutes until it gels.
π Layer & Serve:
π Add the strawberry chia mixture to a glass.
π Top with the matcha chia pudding.
