๐Ingredients (Serves 1โ2)
โจFor the Matcha Layer:
๐ 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
๐ 1โ2 tbsp Everyday Matcha
๐ 3 tbsp chia seeds
๐ 1โ2 tsp honey or maple syrup
โจFor the Strawberry Layer:
๐ ยฝ cup fresh strawberries (blended or mashed)
๐ 1โ2 tbsp chia seeds
๐ 1โ2 tsp sweetener (optional)
๐Method
โจMake the matcha layer:
๐ Whisk Bree Matcha with a splash of warm water until smooth and lump-free.
๐ Add milk, sweetener, and chia seeds. Stir well.
๐ Refrigerate for 2โ3 hours (or overnight) until thick.
โจMake the strawberry layer:
๐ Mash or blend strawberries into a puree.
๐ Stir in chia seeds and sweetener.
๐ Chill for 20โ30 minutes until it gels.
๐ Layer & Serve:
๐ Add the strawberry chia mixture to a glass.
๐ Top with the matcha chia pudding.
