📌Ingredients

Biscuit Base

🍃1 cup (about 100g) crushed digestive biscuits

 🍃5 tbsp melted butter

Matcha Cheesecake Filling

 🍃1 cup (225g) cream cheese (softened)

 🍃½ cup (120 ml) fresh cream (chilled)

 🍃5 tbsp powdered sugar

 🍃2 tbsp Everyday Matcha (sifted)

 🍃½ tsp vanilla extract

 🍃1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

📌 Instructions

1. Prepare Base

🍃Mix crushed biscuits + melted butter. Press into lined 6–7 inch pan. Chill 15–20 mins.

2. Whip Cream

🍃Beat fresh cream until soft peaks form. Keep aside.

3. Make Filling

🍃Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth.

🍃Add sifted matcha, vanilla, lemon juice. Mix well.

🍃Fold in whipped cream gently.

4. Set

🍃Spread filling over base. Smooth top.

🍃Refrigerate 5–6 hours or overnight.

5. Slice & Serve

🍃Cut with a warm knife for clean bars.
