At Bree Matcha, we love this recipe with Signature Matcha. Its smooth, balanced profile sits beautifully between milk and vanilla, letting the flavours blend naturally without overpowering each other. The result is a clean, comforting matcha drink you’ll want to come back to again and again.
📌Ingredients (Serves 1)
🍃30g Signature Matcha
🍃30ml warm water (not boiling)
🍃¾ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
🍃½ tsp vanilla extract
🍃1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
📌Method
🍃Take a bowl, whisk the matcha with warm water until you get a smooth, creamy, and lump-free texture.
🍃Heat the milk until warm (do not boil).
🍃Stir vanilla and sweetener into the milk.
🍃Pour the warm milk into a glass and then add the whisked matcha and mix gently.
🍃Serve warm and enjoy.
