📌For the Latte:

🍃 ¾ to 1 cup chilled milk (dairy or plant-based)

🍃 ½ cup cooked tapioca pearls (boba)

🍃 Ice cubes

📌How to Make It

✨ Prepare the boba

🍃 Toss with a little sugar or honey to keep them soft and glossy.

✨ Make the strawberry purée

🍃 Chill for a few minutes.

✨ Whisk the ceremonial matcha

🍃 Add Ceremonial Matcha to a bowl.

🍃 Pour in warm water.

🍃 Whisk in a zig-zag motion until it becomes smooth, frothy, and lump-free.

🍃 Ceremonial grade is used here because it gives the drink a vibrant color, smooth flavor, and that classic matcha aroma.

🍃 Spoon in the strawberry purée.

🍃 Add ice cubes.

🍃 Pour in the chilled milk.
