If you love the creamy, coffee-meets-matcha vibe of our Matcha Tiramisu dessert, you’re going to be obsessed with this latte. It takes the same flavors, silky creaminess, light sweetness, and the earthy richness of Bree Matcha and turns them into a warm, café-style drink you can make in minutes. Think of it as the cozy, sippable version of tiramisu… without the effort of layering a full dessert.
📌 Ingredients (1 serving)
🍃 1 tsp ceremonial matcha (sifted)
🍃 ¾ cup warm milk (oat or dairy)
🍃 ¼ cup strong coffee or espresso
🍃 (2–3) tbsp mascarpone (or cream for a lighter version)
🍃 1–2 tsp sugar or maple syrup
🍃 2–3 tbsp hot water
📌 Instructions
🍃 Make the mascarpone cream: Mix the mascarpone with sugar/maple syrup until smooth and slightly fluffy.
🍃 Prepare the matcha: Whisk matcha with hot water until completely smooth.
🍃 Add the coffee: Pour your espresso or strong coffee into the matcha and mix gently.
🍃 Combine with milk: Warm your milk and froth lightly. Add it to your matcha-coffee mixture.
🍃 Finish: Spoon the mascarpone cream on top and let it melt into the latte. Dust a little matcha on top for the tiramisu look.
Serving Ideas
🍃 Add cocoa powder sprinkled on top for a more tiramisu-like flavor
🍃 Use vanilla syrup if you prefer a sweeter café-style version
For an iced version, use cold milk and pour over lots of ice
