This website is owned and operated by Bree Matcha Project Pvt Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bree Matcha. We offer this website — including all the information, tools, and matcha-packed services available here — on the condition that you accept and follow the terms, conditions, and policies mentioned below.
By browsing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you become part of our Bree Matcha community and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, including browsers, shoppers, vendors, contributors, and curious tea lovers alike.

OUR ONLINE STORE
Our online shop is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with a secure e-commerce platform that powers everything from matcha orders to checkout. It helps us deliver Bree Matcha’s premium powder straight to your doorstep.
SECTION 1 – SIPPING RESPONSIBLY: ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using our site, you confirm that you're of legal age in your region — or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to explore our matcha world and make a purchase on behalf of a minor.
We’re all about clean energy, not shady business — so please don’t use Bree Matcha products or services for anything illegal, harmful, or unauthorized. That includes things like violating copyright laws or spreading viruses, worms, or anything else that could disrupt the good vibes.
If any of these terms are broken, we may have to suspend or end your access to our services, and nobody wants that. So let’s keep things calm, kind, and caffeine-happy.

We’re all about good vibes and great matcha — but we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, if something feels off or goes against our values.
By using our site, you understand that anything you submit (excluding sensitive stuff like credit card info) might be transmitted over various networks or adjusted to meet the technical needs of those networks or devices. But don’t worry — your credit card details are always encrypted and kept secure during transfer.
We kindly ask that you don’t reproduce, reuse, copy, sell, or exploit any part of Bree Matcha — whether it's our website, service, or contact info — without getting written permission from us first. We put a lot of love into what we do, and we’d appreciate that being respected.

Our prices might change from time to time — no heads-up is required. We may also tweak, pause, or completely stop any part of our service or website whenever we need to.
If we update a product, change the price, or discontinue something, we won’t be held responsible for how it affects you or any third party. Just know we’re always working to bring you the best (and sometimes that means making changes on the go).
SECTION 5 – OUR PRODUCTS (THE GOOD STUFF)
Some of our matcha goodies are available only online – and yep, they may be in limited stock! Returns or exchanges are totally cool, but only as per our Return Policy.
We do our absolute best to show off Bree Matcha products as true-to-color and gorgeous as they are in real life. But hey, screen displays vary – so your device might not always match what you see in your cup.
We may choose to limit where we ship or who we sell to – and we might do that on a case-by-case basis. Quantities, descriptions, and prices? All are subject to change without notice, because we’re always brewing up something new. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product when needed.
And while we aim to deliver the best, we can’t promise everything will be 100% perfect or that any errors on our site will always be fixed right away.
SECTION 6 – BILLING INFO & ORDERS (LET’S KEEP IT REAL)
We’re all about smooth sips and smoother checkouts—but sometimes, we may need to refuse or limit an order. This could be based on things like how many matcha tins you’re grabbing, your account details, or your shipping info. If anything changes with your order, we’ll try to reach out via the contact info you shared while checking out.
We may also step in if we suspect someone’s trying to buy for resale or distribution, because Bree Matcha is brewed with love, not for bulk flipping.
To help us serve you better, please keep your billing, shipping, and contact details updated—like your email, card numbers, and expiry dates. It helps us deliver your order seamlessly and stay in touch if needed.

Whether you're sharing a genius idea, dropping a love note, or sending us your Bree-inspired creations (like contest entries, ideas, feedback, or plans), we appreciate the good vibes!
By sending us anything (via email, DM, or snail mail), you agree that we can use it however we’d like—edit, repost, share, translate, or feature it—without needing to ask again or pay for it. We’re not obligated to keep it confidential, compensate you, or even respond (though we often do, because we’re nice like that).
We may also keep an eye on user content, and if anything is off (like illegal, hateful, explicit, or spammy content), we reserve the right to delete or edit it.
By posting or sending content, you’re confirming that:

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Sometimes, things slip through the cracks. There might be typos, outdated info, or little goof-ups on our website—like in product descriptions, prices, promos, shipping details, or availability. If we spot one, we’ll fix it ASAP—whether or not your order is already placed. No heads-up needed.
We may update or tweak stuff on the site without formally announcing it, and just because something hasn’t been updated lately doesn’t mean it’s still 100% current.
While we aim to keep things accurate and fresh, Bree Matcha is run by humans (and maybe a few too many matcha lattes). If you see something that looks off, feel free to drop us a message—we appreciate it!

(g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
(h) to collect or track the personal information of others

(k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We’ll always do our best to give you the Bree Matcha experience you deserve—smooth, stress-free, and energizing. But sometimes, things don’t go as planned (because, well, life). That means we can’t promise the website or service will always be perfect, 100% secure, or error-free.
By using our site or placing an order, you understand that things might occasionally be paused, updated, or changed, sometimes without notice.
Everything we offer—our site, our services, and all the good stuff you buy—is provided to you as is and as available. We don’t make any fancy guarantees about it all working perfectly or being fit for a particular purpose (though we sure hope it is!).
And while we hope it never happens, we’re not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that may come from using our site or products. That includes—but isn’t limited to—things like lost data, lost profits, replacement costs, or technical hiccups.

By hanging out with us here at Bree Matcha, you agree to have our back (just like we try to have yours). In short, if your actions cause trouble for us or anyone connected to us (like our team, suppliers, partners, or even our interns), you agree to step in, take responsibility, and sort it out.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If a part of these Terms ever gets flagged as illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, no worries. That specific bit will be set aside (snipped off cleanly, like a stray tea leaf), but the rest of the Terms will still hold strong and stay in effect.
Basically, one wonky part doesn’t bring down the whole kettle.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
Just like every tea session has its last sip, this agreement can end too.
These Terms will stay active until either you or we decide to call it a wrap. You’re free to end things anytime—just let us know that you no longer want to use our services or simply stop visiting our site.
On our end, if we believe (in our best judgment) that you’ve gone against any part of these Terms, we can end this agreement without prior notice. If that happens, you’ll still be responsible for any pending dues up to the termination date. We may also restrict or stop your access to our services if needed.
Warm exits or unexpected ones—we aim to keep things fair.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we ever skip enforcing a part of these Terms, it doesn’t mean we’ve given up our rights to it—it just means we didn’t act on it that time.
These Terms of Service, along with any policies or guidelines posted by us on this site, make up the complete agreement between you and Bree Matcha. They override any previous conversations, emails, or understandings—whether written or spoken—related to our products and services.
If there’s ever any confusion or grey areas in how something is worded, it won’t be used unfairly against the one who wrote it (that’s us).
