For this recipe, we recommend using our Everyday Matcha. Its smooth, vibrant flavor works beautifully in desserts like tiramisu, balancing the creamy richness with that earthy, slightly sweet matcha taste.

Ingredients:

πŸƒ 2 tbsp Bree Everyday Matcha (sifted)

πŸƒ 200 g cream cheese (softened, room temp)

πŸƒ 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)

πŸƒ Β½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

πŸƒ 2 tsp vanilla extract

πŸƒ 1 pack ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi )or even Marie biscuits / rusk as a local substitute

πŸƒ 1 cup warm milk (or milk + 1 tsp matcha whisked in for extra flavor)

πŸƒ Dusting: extra Bree Matcha for garnish

Instructions:

πŸƒ Whip the cream β†’ In a bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar + vanilla extract.

πŸƒ Add cream cheese β†’ Gently fold in softened cream cheese + vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

πŸƒ Prepare dipping mix β†’ In a shallow bowl, whisk matcha powder with warm milk until smooth.

πŸƒ Layer 1 β†’ Quickly dip each biscuit (ladyfinger/Marie/rusk) into matcha milk (just 1–2 seconds, don’t soak) and line them in a flat dish.

πŸƒ Layer 2 β†’ Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.

πŸƒ Repeat β†’ Add another dipped biscuit layer, then the rest of the cream mixture.

πŸƒ Chill β†’ Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–5 hours (overnight gives best texture).

πŸƒ Finish & Serve β†’ Before serving, dust a generous layer of Bree Everyday Matcha on top with a sieve. Slice and enjoy!
