The Caramel Matcha Latte is a perfect balance of the earthy smoothness of Bree Ceremonial Matcha with a sweet caramel drizzle. Perfect for a lazy afternoon.Β 

Ingredients (Serves 1)

πŸƒ 1 tsp Bree Ceremonial Matcha (sifted for smoothness)

πŸƒ 60 ml hot water (not boiling, around 80Β°C)

πŸƒ 150 ml milk (any – dairy, oat, almond, or soy)

πŸƒ 1–2 tsp sugar or honey (optional)

πŸƒ 1 tbsp caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

πŸƒ Ice cubes (if making iced version)

Instructions

πŸƒ Whisk the Matcha with hot water in a matcha bowl.

πŸƒ Warm and froth your milk (or shake in a jar if no frother).

πŸƒ Drizzle caramel sauce along the sides of your glass.

πŸƒ Pour in milk, then add matcha on top.

πŸƒ Stir lightly to create a swirl of caramel + green tea.
