The Caramel Matcha Latte is a perfect balance of the earthy smoothness of Bree Ceremonial Matcha with a sweet caramel drizzle. Perfect for a lazy afternoon.Β
Ingredients (Serves 1)
π 1 tsp Bree Ceremonial Matcha (sifted for smoothness)
π 60 ml hot water (not boiling, around 80Β°C)
π 150 ml milk (any β dairy, oat, almond, or soy)
π 1β2 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
π 1 tbsp caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
π Ice cubes (if making iced version)
Instructions
π Whisk the Matcha with hot water in a matcha bowl.
π Warm and froth your milk (or shake in a jar if no frother).
π Drizzle caramel sauce along the sides of your glass.
π Pour in milk, then add matcha on top.
π Stir lightly to create a swirl of caramel + green tea.
β¨ Pro Tip: For iced caramel matcha, use cold milk + ice and shake everything in a jar.
