Matcha Mojito
The Matcha Mojito is a refreshing, vibrant drink that combines the earthy flavor of matcha with minty citrus notes. Perfect for summer or brunch, and easy to make either as a virgin mocktail or an alcoholic cocktail.

(Optional alcoholic version: add white rum or vodka for a classic matcha cocktail twist.)
Ingredients (Serves 1)
π 1 tsp Bree Everyday Matcha (sifted)
π Β½ cup hot water (80Β°C, not boiling)
π Β½ lime (juice only)
π 1β2 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
π 6β8 fresh mint leaves
π 100 ml soda water / sparkling water
π Ice cubes
π Mint sprig and lime wheel for garnish
π Optional: 50 ml white rum or vodka for alcoholic version
Instructions
π Whisk Matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.
π In a glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and sugar/honey.
π Add ice cubes to the glass.
π Pour matcha over the ice and mint mixture.
π Top with soda water or sparkling water. Stir gently.
π Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
