Using Bree Matcha’s Ceremonial Matcha, it has a perfectly balanced flavor, slightly sweet, delicately earthy, and beautifully airy. It’s the kind of treat that looks fancy but takes just minutes to whip up!
Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
🍃 1 ½ cups heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
🍃 2 tbsp Bree Ceremonial Matcha (sifted)
🍃 3 tbsp white chocolate (melted)
🍃 2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
🍃 1 tsp vanilla extract
