Light, creamy, and irresistibly smooth this Matcha Mousse is a simple yet elegant dessert that you can easily make at home. Using Bree Matcha’s Ceremonial Matcha, it has a perfectly balanced flavor, slightly sweet, delicately earthy, and beautifully airy. It’s the kind of treat that looks fancy but takes just minutes to whip up!

Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

🍃 1 ½ cups heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

🍃 2 tbsp Bree Ceremonial Matcha (sifted)

🍃 3 tbsp white chocolate (melted)

🍃 2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup

🍃 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍃 Instructions

  1. Whip the Cream:

    • Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Keep chilled.

  2. Mix Matcha Base:

    • In a separate bowl, whisk sifted matcha with sugar and vanilla.

    • Add melted white chocolate and mix until smooth.

  3. Combine:

    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the matcha mixture until evenly colored and fluffy.

  4. Set:

    • Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.

  5. Serve:

    • Top with shaved white chocolate, matcha dust, or fresh berries.
