Matcha Chai

It’s earthy, aromatic, and energizing like your favorite chai, but with a calm, green twist.
📌Ingredients (Serves 2)
🍃 1 tsp Everyday Matcha (sifted)
🍃 1 cup water
🍃 1 cup milk (or almond/oat milk)
🍃 ½ inch fresh ginger (sliced)
🍃 2–3 cardamom pods (crushed)
🍃 1 small cinnamon stick
🍃 2–3 cloves
🍃 1 tsp black tea leaves (optional, for a deeper chai base)
🍃 1–2 tsp honey or jaggery, to taste
📌Instructions
🍃 Take a saucepan, boil together ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves for 3-4 mins.
🍃 Add milk and sweetener. Simmer again until aromatic.
🍃 Turn off the heat and strain into a cup.
🍃 In a bowl, whisk matcha with 2tbsp warm water until you get a smooth and frothy texture.
🍃 Pour the matcha over the chai base, stir gently, and enjoy the perfect fusion of spice and calm energy.

To serve, prepare two glasses of ice, then divide and pour the masala chai over the ice, followed by the whisked matcha, divided between the two glasses.
