The Caramel Matcha Latte is a perfect balance of the earthy smoothness of Bree Ceremonial Matcha with a sweet caramel drizzle. Perfect for a lazy afternoon.ย
Ingredients (Serves 1)
๐ 1 tsp Bree Ceremonial Matcha (sifted for smoothness)
๐ 60 ml hot water (not boiling, around 80ยฐC)
๐ 150 ml milk (any โ dairy, oat, almond, or soy)
๐ 1โ2 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
๐ 1 tbsp caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
๐ Ice cubes (if making iced version)
Instructions
๐ Whisk the Matcha with hot water in a matcha bowl.
๐ Warm and froth your milk (or shake in a jar if no frother).
๐ Drizzle caramel sauce along the sides of your glass.
๐ Pour in milk, then add matcha on top.
๐ Stir lightly to create a swirl of caramel + green tea.
