Matcha Mug Cake
For a 2-minute dessert treat that is both warm and soft, look no further than the Matcha Mug Cake. Made using matcha from Bree Matcha to give a smooth, earthy flavor that really balances out the sweetness.
📌Ingredients (Serves 1)
🍃4 tbsp all-purpose flour
🍃2 tbsp sugar (or coconut sugar)
🍃½ tsp Ceremonial Matcha (sifted)
🍃¼ tsp baking powder
🍃3 tbsp milk (any)
🍃1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
🍃¼ tsp vanilla extract
✨Optional: white chocolate chips or a drizzle of honey.
📌Instructions:
🍃Add sugar, baking powder, and all-purpose flour to a microwave-safe mug. Mix all these ingredients well.
🍃Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and no lumps.
🍃Microwave for 60-80 seconds, depending on your microwave.
🍃Add white chocolate chips, honey, or whipped cream to it once it has cooled down.

🍃Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top when it is still warm.
