Matcha Hot Chocolate

π Ingredients (Serves 1)
π 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
π 1 tbsp cocoa powder
π 1 tsp MatchaΒ
π 1β2 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
π 2 tbsp hot water
π ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
π Instructions
π Matcha preparation: Whisk matcha with 2 tbsp hot water in a bowl until lump-free, smooth, and frothy.Β Β
π Make the hot chocolate base: Warm milk on a low heat in a saucepan, add sugar and cocoa powder to it. Whisk it until the cocoa powder dissolves in the milk.
