Matcha Ginger Tea

π Ingredients (1 serving)
π 1 tsp Ceremonial Matcha
π 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
π 1β1.5 tsp freshly grated ginger (adjust to taste)
π 1 tsp honey or jaggery (optional)
π 1 tsp lemon juice (optional for freshness)
π Instructions
π In a saucepan, take some water and add grated ginger and steep for 2-3 minutes.
π In a mug, strain the ginger tea.Β
π In a separate bowl, whisk matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy.Β Β
π In a cup, pour ginger tea and matcha.Β
π Add honey or lemon (optional)
π Quick Note
Simmer the tea for 5 minutes instead of steeping for a stronger flavor. You can also replace half the water with milk of your choice for a creamier version.Β
