πŸƒ 1 cup hot water (not boiling)

πŸƒ 1–1.5 tsp freshly grated ginger (adjust to taste)

πŸƒ 1 tsp honey or jaggery (optional)

πŸƒ 1 tsp lemon juice (optional for freshness)

πŸƒ In a saucepan, take some water and add grated ginger and steep for 2-3 minutes.
