📌Ingredients (Serves 2)
🍃 1 cup seedless grapes (green or black)
🍃 1 tsp Everyday Matcha (sifted)
🍃 ½ cup chilled water
🍃 ½ cup soda water (or sparkling water)
🍃 1 tsp honey (optional)
🍃 Ice cubes
🍃 Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
📌Instructions
🍃 Blend ½ cup of chilled grapes until smooth in a blender.
🍃 Strain the juice to remove pulp (optional for a cleaner texture).
🍃 Whisk 2tbsp matcha with warm water until smooth and forty into a ceramic bowl.
🍃 Fill glasses with ice, pour in grape juice, then slowly add the whisked matcha.
