Imagine fudgy, chocolatey eggless matcha brownies with a creamy matcha swirl, a decadent way to enjoy Everyday Matcha in baking.

Ingredients (12 brownies)

🍃 100 g white chocolate (melted)

🍃 ½ cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil for a lighter version)

🍃 ¾ cup sugar

🍃 ½ cup unsweetened applesauce (acts as binder & adds natural sweetness)

🍃 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍃 1 cup all-purpose flour

🍃 2 tbsp Bree Everyday Matcha (sifted)

🍃 Pinch of salt.

Instructions

🍃 Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

🍃 Melt butter and white chocolate together, let cool slightly.

🍃 Whisk in sugar, applesauce, and vanilla until smooth.

🍃 Mix in flour, salt, and Everyday Matcha.

🍃 Pour batter into the tray and bake for 20–25 minutes (edges set, center slightly gooey).

🍃 Cool before slicing into squares.

Pro Tip: Sprinkle matcha powder on top after baking for an extra earthy kick
