Matcha Brownies
Imagine fudgy, chocolateyย eggless matcha brownies with a creamy matcha swirl, a decadent way to enjoy Everyday Matcha in baking.
Ingredients (12 brownies)
๐ 100 g white chocolate (melted)
๐ ยฝ cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil for a lighter version)
๐ ยพ cup sugar
๐ ยฝ cup unsweetened applesauce (acts as binder & adds natural sweetness)
๐ 1 tsp vanilla extract
๐ 1 cup all-purpose flour
๐ 2 tbsp Bree Everyday Matcha (sifted)
๐ Pinch of salt.
Instructions
๐ Preheat the oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
๐ Melt butter and white chocolate together, let cool slightly.
๐ Whisk in sugar, applesauce, and vanilla until smooth.
๐ Mix in flour, salt, and Everyday Matcha.
๐ Pour batter into the tray and bake for 20โ25 minutes (edges set, center slightly gooey).
๐ Cool before slicing into squares.
