Imagine fudgy, chocolateyย eggless matcha brownies with a creamy matcha swirl, a decadent way to enjoy Everyday Matcha in baking.

Ingredients (12 brownies)

๐Ÿƒ 100 g white chocolate (melted)

๐Ÿƒ ยฝ cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil for a lighter version)

๐Ÿƒ ยพ cup sugar

๐Ÿƒ ยฝ cup unsweetened applesauce (acts as binder & adds natural sweetness)

๐Ÿƒ 1 tsp vanilla extract

๐Ÿƒ 1 cup all-purpose flour

๐Ÿƒ 2 tbsp Bree Everyday Matcha (sifted)

๐Ÿƒ Pinch of salt.

Instructions

๐Ÿƒ Preheat the oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

๐Ÿƒ Melt butter and white chocolate together, let cool slightly.

๐Ÿƒ Whisk in sugar, applesauce, and vanilla until smooth.

๐Ÿƒ Mix in flour, salt, and Everyday Matcha.

๐Ÿƒ Pour batter into the tray and bake for 20โ€“25 minutes (edges set, center slightly gooey).

๐Ÿƒ Cool before slicing into squares.
