Ingredients (12 bars)

๐Ÿƒ 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

๐Ÿƒ ยฝ cup all-purpose flour

๐Ÿƒ 2 tbsp Bree Everyday Matcha (sifted)

๐Ÿƒ ยฝ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar

๐Ÿƒ ยฝ cup coconut oil (melted)

๐Ÿƒ ยผ cup maple syrup or honey

๐Ÿƒ ยฝ tsp vanilla extract

๐Ÿƒ Pinch of salt

๐Ÿƒ Optional: ยผ cup white chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions

๐Ÿƒ Preheat the oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF). Line a 8ร—8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

๐Ÿƒ In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, flour, Everyday Matcha, sugar, and salt.

๐Ÿƒ Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

๐Ÿƒ Fold in white chocolate chips or nuts if using.

๐Ÿƒ Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.

๐Ÿƒ Bake for 18โ€“22 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.

๐Ÿƒ Cool completely, then cut into bars.
