Ingredients (12 bars)
๐ 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
๐ ยฝ cup all-purpose flour
๐ 2 tbsp Bree Everyday Matcha (sifted)
๐ ยฝ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
๐ ยฝ cup coconut oil (melted)
๐ ยผ cup maple syrup or honey
๐ ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
๐ Pinch of salt
๐ Optional: ยผ cup white chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions
๐ Preheat the oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF). Line a 8ร8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
๐ In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, flour, Everyday Matcha, sugar, and salt.
๐ Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
๐ Fold in white chocolate chips or nuts if using.
๐ Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
๐ Bake for 18โ22 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
๐ Cool completely, then cut into bars.
