These Coconut Matcha Bars are chewy, subtly sweet, and packed with the earthy flavor of Bree Everyday Matcha. Perfect as a healthy snack, dessert, or energy boost, and entirely egg-free.

Ingredients (12 bars)

πŸƒ 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

πŸƒ Β½ cup all-purpose flour

πŸƒ 2 tbsp Bree Everyday Matcha (sifted)

πŸƒ Β½ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar

πŸƒ Β½ cup coconut oil (melted)

πŸƒ ΒΌ cup maple syrup or honey

πŸƒ Β½ tsp vanilla extract

πŸƒ Pinch of salt

πŸƒ Optional: ΒΌ cup white chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions

πŸƒ Preheat the oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Line a 8Γ—8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

πŸƒ In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, flour, Everyday Matcha, sugar, and salt.

πŸƒ Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
